Description
The Sonar SIG plugin seems to implement an older version of the SIG Maintainability Model. The SIG has been changing the model, and dropped the metric unit test coverage from the model.
The result is that the scores in the Sonar SIG Plugin are not aligned with the scores from the SIG.
See the SIG/Tüvit documentation at:
http://www.sig.eu/blobs/Services%20Certificering/SIG%20TUViT%20Evaluation%20Criteria%20Trusted%20Product%20Maintainability%20Version%202.0.pdf

In the SIG/Tüvit documentation unit test and code coverage are not used !
So, there is no more run-time test. A quality report based on static state only seems to be weird.
Maybe a SONAR configuration could be added to choose the computing mode.
