Propose two addresses for Sonar server in the config page

Description

Let's say you have two machines, one for running analysis (M1) and one for hosting Sonar server (M2). Let's say you use an internal address for communicating from M1 to M2, but that M2 is only accessible through an external address for users.

In that case, it would be good to have an optional field to enter M2's external address and have all links to Sonar in Hudson working

I already saw this proposal somewhere, probably in dev-mailing list, but forget about this. So I think it's a common situation.

This improvement doesn't requires bump of Hudson version, so can be simply scheduled on next version. Let's do so, because it requires some work and test.
