This feature should allow quick adding of //NOSONAR

Currently, I use the standard eclipse system. it check one by one all the markers on the same line. And retrieve resolvers one by one. If you have two markers you have two quickfix.
I think it's ok for this first version.

Perhaps we can activate it with the new "@SuppressWarnings" annotation. ( http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SONAR-1760 )
We can add annotation with the "all" key or with the specific marker key.
