      Description

I work in Eclipse and have Jenkins and Sonar set up a run whenever I commit. To refresh my workspace with the updated violations from the server, I went looking into the context menu. There I can find the option to switch modes and run local analysis. This is where I'd expect an option Refresh violations from server (when in remote mode) in place of the greyed out Run local analysis. Fabrice kindly pointed me to the violations view which allows updating the violations http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15875793/refreshing-sonar-violations-in-eclipse/ but my workflow rarely involves the violations view, I browse the source and use the problems view to see violations.
So, this enhancement request would entail adding the refresh command to the context menu. (A setting to have the plugin refresh the violations every x minutes would also be pretty cool).

Yes, instead of or besides the greyed out "Run local analysis" we should have a "Refresh from Server".

Any plans when to implement this?

I just upgraded to SonarQube 3.6.2 and SonarQube Eclipse 3.2.0 and I noticed this issue is resolved. There's now a "Synchronize with Sonar server" option in the context menu when in server mode which works as expected. Thanks guys!
