Description

To be more precise - interaction between org.sonar.ide.eclipse.internal.core.LogListener and org.eclipse.m2e.logback.appender.EclipseLogAppender causes deadlock as described in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=347183
Also note that M2Eclipse included into Eclipse 3.7 (IDE for Java Developers).

As a workaround - do not install this optional feature, so only Sonar console will not be available.

FYI, I did not install the "slf4j over logback logging" feature but still had the hangs as described in the Eclipse bug, stacktrace attached.
