Eclipse Plugin does not allow local analysis unless connected to remote sonar database

The Sonar Eclipse plugin doesn't allow local analysis to be run unless the Eclipse project can be found in the remote sonar database. Sometimes, people don't setup their Eclipse projects the same way as the data is imported into the sonar database, so this connection is impossible making the plugin unusable. The plugin would be usable if local analysis could be run without the component having to be connected to the remote Sonar database. This would be helpful in the case of first creating software before the component were imported into the sonar database, the tools could be run. Also, when the server is down or before a Sonar server is setup, the the local analysis tools could still be used. Making local analysis available without first connecting the component to the database would make the Eclipse Sonar plugin more useful to a wider audience.
