Allow to choose quality profile when running a local analysis

I see two use cases for this feature:
1) When I start working on a new project, it takes sometimes a few days before the Hudson Job + Sonar analysis is ready. Waiting for that it would be good to allow running a local analysis by selecting a quality profile from remote Sonar server. Note that the "associate to sonar" feature should be changed to allow running analysis even when the project key is not found on server.

2) When I want to test a new quality profile, or check what would be the violations with another quality profile, it could be interesting to be able to run local analysis using a different profile than the one associated to the project in Sonar server.

When associating a project with a sonar server and the key is not found, remote analysis should be disabled and only local analysis should be proposed, with a manual choice of the quality profile.
