Reuse mode does not work for Gallio coverage reports

Description

Reuse of coverage reports do not work by default, when the report path is not specified. The behavior should be the same in all the plugins. 

reportPath = configuration.getString(GallioConstants.REPORTS_COVERAGE_PATH_KEY, "");

Tested, and fixed an issue: "reuseReport" paths should be relative to the project (FxCop/Gendarme/StyleCop) or the solution (Unit test and coverage), not to the Sonar working directory.

Documentation for those properties updated on the Wiki and in each Plugin class.
