Disable coverage analysis when "sonar.gallio.coverage.tool" is set to "none"

Currently when you set coverage tool to "none" you get the following warning:

"No Gallio coverage report file found for:"

and you will have 0% of test coverage in Sonar.

It would be better to completely skip coverage sensors and have no coverage metric at all.
