Let users flag projects, packages or classes as favourites

Description

Once a user is authenticated, a star could be displayed on project dashboards and clicking on this star would be the way to flag favorite projects.

A new "My Projects" service could then display only favorite projects (which could be views and why not packages, modules, etc...).
