CTI - Secure the web application by defining an admin role

Only admin role should be able to change Sonar configuration :

• Delete a project
• Change rules

Specifications :

• A "login" shortcut could be displayed on the right of the top bar.
• When clicking on this shortcut, the login page is displayed.
• There is currently only one admin role with a defined login / password (sonar / sonar by default)
• If the authentification is correct, the user comes back to the home page.
• A "logout" shortcut is displayed on the right of the top bar with the current role "admin"
• A "My profil" shortcut is displayed near "logout" shortcut to allow user to change admin password
