Description
Users have to go to http://localhost:9000 and submit the setup form. This step can be automatically executed on startup. The 2 minutes tutorial will be replaced by the 30-seconds tutorial ;o)
This improvement does not apply when upgrading database from a previous version of Sonar. Users must be notified that a backup is recommended and that upgrade can take several minutes.
