Nested classes are not fully supported by Sonar

Description

JavaNCSS doesn't handle nested classes and so all metrics values associated to those nested classes are aggregated in the host class. At the opposite,Clover or Cobertura perfectly manage those nested classes and so metrics generated by those tools are not aligned with javancss metrics.
