Provide a way to launch a comparison between few projects from projects list

Description

  • Add an empty checkbox in front of each projet
  • Add a "Compare" at the end of the list
  • When the "Compare" button is pressed, all selected projets are displayed in a table with main metrics

Hi Ann, when there are hundreds or thousands of projects in a Sonar instance, filters can't be used to compare projects.
