The color on treemap for the rules compliance is often green on after a migration from 1.2 to 1.3 eventhought the quality is low.

I migrated from 1.2 to 1.3 and the color for treemap for the rules compliance is often green even thought the quality is low.

I let an image where you can see.

I can extract from the database some data if you want.

The problem does not exist in 1.2.
