Add pagination to the "Reviews" page

Description

And also implement those minor improvements :

  • Remove the "About" word from the age column. ex : "About 18 hours"
  • Replace the path of the source file by its short name. ex : "MyFile" instead of "org.sonar.MyFile"

Fixed.
However, I haven't removed the "about" (like in "about 18 hours") => this is a standard Ruby function that we use all the way thru Sonar to display human readable date.

  • Remove the ability to change the pagination size
  • The number of results in the pagination footer is not the total number of results but just the number of displayed reviews
