The dropdown lists can't be used in the Quality Profile/Changelog service to list all changes between two versions of the Quality Profile

Description

Whatever is the reason, the id of the options has been changed between Sonar 2.9 and Sonar 2.10. With Sonar 2.9 this id was an integer (the version) and with Sonar 2.10, this id is a date (the value).
