Changes in the alert settings for a specific Quality Profile are not reflected in the Changelog of this profile.
As alert definitions are part of the Quality Profile, they should be also part of the Changelog.
Note: on a technical side, the alert table should have "created_at" and "updated_at" columns fed to more easily track modifications.
