With "min-width:140px", there a problem in pages like "General settings -> Email".
This should be replaced by "width:1%" (for 'table.form td.keyCell') and then check every page as this can have side effects like in the "filters" page.

Fixed the problem on the email settings page, and in turn also on the filter page.
