Adding new widgets to a dashboard re-organizes the first column

Description

When adding a new widget to a dashboard the order of the first column, which is always the column new widgets are placed into, is re-ordered. This means that after adding a new widget that column then has to be re-ordred back to how a user wishes it to be ordered.

Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. SONAR-2022 When adding several times the same widget in a project dashboard, all previous occurrences of this widget are unexpectedly moved

Hi Chris, indeed when a new widget is added to a dashboard, this widget is automatically inserted on the top of the left column. But the other widgets in this left column are not reordered.

Which behavior do you expect ? Do you want this widget to be added to the bottom of this left column or perhaps you're facing bug SONAR-2022 ?
