Stop displaying the SCM revision number in the TimeMachine service

Description

Indeed it can be a bit annoying as it makes columns very large in the case of git.

I'm against of removal, because "build time" metric does not indicate when code was modified ( it's more analysis time ), whereas "last commit" and "revision" metrics allows to understand what was analysed, and that's why those metrics were requested to be included into time machine ( SONAR-204 and SONARPLUGINS-665 ).

Moreover time machine already does not look very good :

  • for example in case if you have a lot of events
  • and because of SONAR-1183 column header already can become too long

So, in fact would be better to just improve UI of time machine.
