Refactor the TimeMachine service (history chart, display labels by default, ...)

Add the following improvements :

• Change the way to access the TimeMachine service : add a TimeMachine tabulation just after Coding Rules Breakdown and drop the "TimeMachine ON!OFF" mechanism
• The columns associated with each version/label must be aligned on the left and not centered. It will be easier to read and compare values if they are closed.
• Display a sparkline at the beginning of each line.
• By default, display only important metrics as ncss, code coverage, rules compliance, etc ... and add a "+" sign before those metrics to display less important metrics as number of tests, number of methods, etc .
• Add an history chart at top wich displays ncss, code coverage and rules compliance metrics by default.
• By default, all labelled version must displayed / compared
• Always displayed the current html form which allows to select a version in the calendar, see wich version is selected, view a given version, etc ...
