Description
The color of arrow must be depend of the type of measure, not if the measure increases or decreases
For instance :
Code Coverage : if there is an arrow upward, the arrow must be green; if there is an arrow down, the arrow must be red
Duplicated Lines : if there is an arrow upward, the arrow must be red; if there is an arrow down, the arrow must be green
