It looks like it has something to do with the " -Dsonar.branch= " option. It looks like sonar is concatting the branch version with the real version. In the screenshot the version is "2.1.x 2.1.10-SNAPHOT" But must be just "2.1.10-SNAPHOT"

Very, very good input Jago! I've managed to reproduce the issue and I do confirm that the problem is due to the use of the "sonar.branch" property.

I'm not sure the issue is fixed for Design view ... I can see Libraries now but design is always empty in projects I reanalyzed
