Add new metrics in the complexity widget

Description

Currently, average complexity is duisplayed on methods and classes. Files and Paragraphs should also be added in the widget.
At the same, the distribution should be updated with corresponding metrics. It should also adopt the same principle : no metric, no display

Should distribution by file be computed in Java ? Might need an other Jira issue.
