clover is not working correctly when install goal called within maven sonar plugin

Description

When the sonar maven plugin calls the install goal trough the sonar.install.goal=true property (which is true by default), clover code coverage stops to work correctly for some unknown reason and produces a wrong code coverage within the clover report XML files !
