API : load and save binary measures

Description

Use case : the PDF report is saved in database. A download link is added to the project dashboard.

Steps :

  • add a method Measure.setData(byte[] data, String mimeType). The MIME type can be saved in MEASURES.TEXT_VALUE.
  • add a web service /api/measures/[RESOURCE ID]?metric=[METRIC ID], for example /api/measures/org.struts:struts?metric=pdf_report
