First version of SetPoint add-in for Sharpdevelop

First version of SetPoint add-in for Sharpdevelop should have the following main features:

• Engine initialization (basically check if all necessary assemblies are in place)
• User can choose whether to activate or not the usage of SetPoint when building the project
• User should be able to choose if both a preweaved and a normal build should take place or only the former
• User should be notified that preweaving or semantication is taking place
• Ability to add .lendl and .owl files to project
• .lendl and .owl files should be built using Codeworker together with project files
