Description

This issue, and it's associated patch, adds support for Jazz SCM, the SCM component of the Jazz/IBM RTC platform.

The four attached images (don't get put into the .patch file!) so they are attached here.
They need to be saved into the src/site/resources/images folder of the maven-scm-provider-jazz folder.
