Description

The maven-scm-provider-gitexe currently does not have the TCK test for the changelog command.

Test - A new unit, integration or system test SCM-404 tgit scm:update does not have TCK Test yet

I have some issues with your patch, I can't apply it.
It only contains :

+public class GitExeChangeLogCommandTckTest
+    extends GitChangeLogCommandTckTest
+{
+}

GitChangeLogCommandTckTest is missing.
Could please generate your svn diff from the root (currently it's only from the module).
