Description

Need to add an untag or removeTag method to ScmProvider to reverse the tag operation.

Just be aware, that not all SCM's will support this functionality. For instance, Jazz SCM does not currently have a "delete snapshot" command needed to implement this feature (I've requested it).

In the meantime, can we implement it for the 80% of the developers out there who do use SCMs with "delete tag" capabilities?
