Description

Supports reading in the local variable table of a method when loading class files. The local variable table is present with Java source files are compiled with -g option.

STATEMENT OF ORIGIN FOR MULTIPLE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM A SINGLE CONTRIBUTOR

Changing the fields of LocalVariableTable to all be final, in toString using StringBuilder rather than StringBuffer.

As LocalVariableTables aren't common rather than blow 1 reference per normal method (of which we have 1000s) using a hashmap of normal methods to local variable tables.
