When we crash through sysFail and other routes we give error messages. If a user sees these error messages there is no request that they send or fill in bug report information. Such information is valuable in knowing how we should improve Jikes RVM. We should have a standard failure message that requests the debug information, probably directing the user to the Jikes RVM JIRA.
