Description

There's a simple accounting bug in GenImmix whereby planning for a defrag does not account for the possibly of promotion from the nursery, leading to space exhaustion during nursery collection which should never happen. The bug shows up pretty reliably on lusearch with a FullAdaptive build. Should be fairly trivial to fix.
