We're consistently failing a JNI test with poisoned bits:

Still happening: http://jikesrvm.anu.edu.au/cattrack/results/rvmx86lnx32b.anu.edu.au/sanity/4328/BaseBasePoisoned/default/jni/JNI12.

Raising priority because it would be really nice to squish this before 3.0 release.

Made JNIGlobalRefs unbarriered and explicitly traced during GC in r14744.
