Install CaffeineMark libraries on excalibur.watson.ibm.com

Description

CaffeineMark does not seem to be installed on excalibur.watson.ibm.com and thus we are getting false failure reports. The libraries should be copied from ANU boxen or the test run modified so that CaffeineMark is not run.

They actually were installed on excalibur before, but to be sure I rsynced them from ANU about a week ago. Tests still failing, so I suspect there's something more interesting happening here.

OK. I was basing the report on [1] with output [2] but having a look at some of the other tests they seem to fail when accessing files which could explain [2]
