Replace mail per test-run mail with a single daily mail

Description

There would be just one mail every 24 hours. This email would report

  • any missing host/test_run_variant combinations (ie appeared within last 48 hours but not last 24 hours)
  • a sparkline for each regression platform stating the current pass/fail state & history (things go red when they dip)
  • a sparkline for each performance platform (currently just one) stating the aggregate performance situation

There would also be links to the relevant reports on cattrack.

Having closed RVM-210, another thing missing from such a summary is image size info. It should be part of the summary email.
