We need to be testing IGNORE_REMSETS, or perhaps remove the option.

The option IGNORE_REMSETS doesn't seem to work for GenMS. Even though the MMTk test harness succeeds, some dacapo benchmarks fail. (e.g. bloat + eclipse fail often)

The nominated bug was fixed in r10412, but we still need to get this pushed into the regression testing, because it is not systematically tested.
