Description

Uniformly remove the VM_ prefix from all RVM classes.

We'll manage primordial class inclusion primarily via package membership augmented with an inclusion/exclusion mechanism that could be done either by annotations or by a flie list.

Needs to be fixed for 3.0 because file renaming can be disruptive for users.

When working on this; also rationalize the various include properties in build.xml.

Get rid of include.all (make this the default behavior for the initial set of classes)

This is then filtered to exclude opt/aos packages out if they are not included (base base configs).

Have apparently working set of changes. Going to wait to commit it until the dust settles from the recent build breaks and attempted fixes so we know we have a reasonable baseline to detect new regression introduced by this change. Hope to commit tomorrow.

Whoops: this comment was supposed to go to RVM-518. I have build system changes. It will be several days before I'm ready to commit the removal of VM_ "big change"

Renaming committed in r14507.

Small cleanups of things that shouldn't have been renamed (mostly various forms of RVM_) followed in 14508-14513.
