Add Image sizes tracking to Regression report and mailout

Created: 11/Sep/07 06:59 PM   Updated: 03/Apr/08 06:04 AM
Component/s: Infrastructure: CatTrack
Affects Version/s: None
Fix Version/s: 2.9.3

Time Tracking:

 Description  « Hide
As far as I can tell, the regression emails no longer track the images sizes (this used to be tracked in the old emails).

I've done some digging around in cattrack, but can't find the info there either.

Here's an example from the old reports:

It looks like the info is part of cattrack and it used to be part of the performance report section but at one stage it seems to have been dropped. Data is in cattrack at [1] but needs to be pulled out into reports.

This is still not on the reports, but is available graphically via cattrack now. This is from the latest sanity run

I don't follow.

It is in the standard statistics reports, eg from today:

What is the critical issue?

If we're happy with this I'd suggest we resolve/close the issue (which you opened regarded e-mails). From a personal pov I'd prefer to see the result not just on core/sanity reports but on all of them (this wasn't the purpose of the original tracker though - not opened by me).

This is fits under RVM-335. We lack a good summary email with the most important information clearly presented.
