We should add a basic MMTk performance regression test to the nightly runs. Easiest solution is to run FixedLive in 'perf' mode, capture the tracing rate and allocation rate, and track over time. Should be run for the full-heap tracing collectors (MarkSweep, SemiSpace and MarkCompact.
