not able to commit file to svn repository

Description

i m trying to solve this problem since 3 days. I am not able to commit the file to SVN.
THE ERROR THAT IM GETTIN IS:

org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: RA layer request failed
SVN: commit failed(details follow):
