File issue in redback for http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-2030

Show Users in Role paging not working

When you select a role and click "Show Users in Role", it displays the first 15 users who have that role.

If you click the Navigation >> icon, it reverts back to 'Any' role and shows results 16-30 of the entire user list.
