Made some fixes in redback-trunk -r442.

Changes made:
-fix NPE because baseDn and bindDn is getting truncated when looked up with the commons-configuration plexus registry impl
-fix NPE when guest user is looked up in GuestUserEnvironmentCheck

Btw, I tested this using ApacheDS.
