ZipUnArchiver doesn't set file permissions correctly

Description

Similar to PLXCOMP-7, the zip unarchiver doesn't set the file permissions so the executable flags are lost.

Hi I have now run into this problem with the unarchiver not honouring execute permissions. It is unfortunately a bit of a show stopper This bug and patch have been here for a year now, is there any chance it can be fixed, please.
