The -fontlist options prints the names of .ttc files to the console, which it should not do.

Description

This is surely from when I was testing the addition of .ttc files to the fontlist. Need to write a functional test to make sure this does not happen and then correct it.

Will add the functional test to cliTest.groovy.

    Found the line in TypefaceMap.java and removed it. Also, did a minor cleanup on the way, plus updated the copyright date. 15m.

    To do: right a functional test for this.

    Wrote test, as described in PLATYPUS-11 (a subtask of this task), to test the screen output of -fontlist and verify it's correct. Test is in cliTestSlow.groovy.
