Description

Fixing a few spelling and punctuation issues in the output from the VS Addin.

Output window will display NMaven Addin Successfully Started.NMaven.VisualStudio.Addin.Connect.NMavenAddin when starting the addin through clicking on Tools > NMaven Build System of Visual Studio. It has different output message when starting the addin in the Addin Manager which is NMaven Addin Successfully Started.

Could have been nice to have the same output message when starting the addin which what i could suggest is "NMaven Addin Successfully Started." message.
