NeoClass.vtl
NewSupport.vtl
norque.dtd

It's natural to expect a setup to configure a complete, runnable environment. In this case we have to hunt down the missing files from the zipped source.

Created new directory named 'build' which contains three sample vtl files and the DTD required for the schema files.
