Overall need support for JavaServer Faces with NanoContainer.
- Create a custom javax.faces.el.VariableResolver to integrate a Pico/Nano container with the managed beans defined in the faces-config.xml.

I was just planning on taking the easy decorating approach that Struts 2, Spring, etc take. I've been testing it, and it works for me.
Of course, it'll have to be redone for JSF 1.2 (MyFaces only does 1.1 currently), but it at least gets me closer than what I had before 
I'm attaching the file.
Is there something I'm missing?

How will you do it? We had to produce our private retrospected version, since all you get from Sun is a jar with JDK 5 classes.
