Skip does not work for ejbdeploy

Configuring skip as true does not affect the plugin. A message is displayed, but the proceses on.
Skipping ejbdeploy is interesting because we use this goal to generate stubs for deployment in integration, test and production environments. But since there is no need of them in most development activities, we just want to skip it.

I'm attaching a patch that fixes this specific situation.
